Cats, cats, cats

Hi friends! I feel like I've been blessed by cats today! While I was out doing my daily jog, I saw a little yellow cat sleeping by the tire of a car. I was worried that the owner of the car might not notice the cat and run it over, so I went over and woke the cat up. The cat was so cute, I'm calling it Sunflower. Sunflower meowed at me and let me pet its head before it was spooked by a passing car. Afterwards, I saw another yard with three cats chilling in the shade. One cat bolted when it saw me, but a small grey cat (I'm calling it Dust Bunny) ran over and when I sat down on the curb, it jumped on my lap! Dust Bunny also licked my hand and my knee when I was petting it. The third cat (I'm calling it Dumplings), stayed close but didn't exactly come near me. It walked in circles around me, but always out of reach. What a shame! Dumplings was an extremely fluffy and cute kitty, but Dust Bunny was super playful and friendly. I hope the cats will still be there when I go jogging tomorrow.

The milky girl craze

Hi friends! This morning I woke up earlier to go jogging and to my surprise, it started raining! Raining! In July! I was so amazed, I sat on a bench and just watched the rain fall and fall until there was no more rain left. It was pretty nice.

I'm back from Taiwan! + a new review!

Hi friends! It's been a while since I've updated because I was in Taiwan for a month! My trip to Taiwan was relaxing, sweaty, and filled with food. Taiwan was hotter than it has ever been; the good side is that there weren't as many mosquitoes, but the bad is that the heat discouraged us from going out. 

I arrived home exhausted and already missing the simple experience I had. But, it's good to be back home!
