Hi friends! I hope you have all been doing well! I have great news - I thought it'd be a great idea to change my blogspot name from zicovaaa to eggbunny! The drawing on my banner was done by a very talented artist I know. You can find more of his artwork on his Instagram: michmallow_. This artist is extremely talented in drawing and I personally find his drawing style super cute and unique. I was really lucky that he allowed me to use his artwork on my banner! Plus, he is currently hosting a copic giveaway on his Instagram so you should go check it out!

Why the name eggbunny? I was brainstorming with a friend and they brought up bunny...and I kept bringing up eggs because I love eggs and we decided to put it together and voila~ eggbunny! I also decided to try something new and created a new watermark for my photos. I guess this change happened right after I turned 22 the other day; I wanted to change things up and so I'm still experimenting around with my style and what I like.

I received an order confirmation email on Feb. 8th and also got a tracking number on Feb. 14th. My package arrived on Feb. 19th! As always it was securely wrapped. It was like a nice birthday present from Romwe~

I have never own a denim skirt in my entire life, but after seeing so many cute girls wear this on Tumblr, I decided to give it a try. My room mate told me that denim skirts were the popular clothing item in the 80's and early 2000's. I think it is so interesting that they are slowly coming back into style. Personally, I've never been a skirt person (the first skirt I've ever owned is also from the lovely Romwe). I did struggle a bit trying to find a skirt that would fit me and luckily this one seems to work.

First off, the material of this skirt was a lot softer than I had anticipated. You would think denim was coarse and stiff but this skirt is really soft! It is also quite long because I believe it is meant to be worn as a high waist skirt. There are two pockets in the front but they are quite small. The buttons do not go all the way down the skirt so the bottom has a small slit between the last button and the hem of the skirt.

I tried it and I love it! I've been seeing this long sleeve + denim skirt combo a lot on Tumblr and decided to give it a go. The puffy top is also an item from Romwe, find it here. My favorite part is that the skirt does go past my booty and then some. One reason I don't wear skirts often is because I'm super paranoid that if I bend over, my booty will be seen by the whole world. This skirt is great because it reaches mid thigh.

I did have some trouble buttoning the skirt up though..and I can only blame my flabby stomach! This will be motivation for me to lose weight. Here I paired it with a super cute Gudetama t-shirt. I am a huge fan of Gudetama, the lazy egg! It really speaks to me.

In conclusion, I absolutely love this skirt. I am eager to try more styles like this in the future. This combo is so cute and different from a standard shorts + t-shirt or long sleeve + jeans. The material is so comfortable, I couldn't stop wearing it around!
